We will need a variety of information about you to be able to work with you to create an effective resume. To help you organize this information, we have a list of questions aimed at the information that can make a resume come alive.
The simplest way to provide this information is to download the information form in a format your software can handle. You can also download the whole set of files in a ZIPped archive. And finally, you can go to a separate page and print out the page.
Links to these files are below; MS Word is readable in most word processors, as is WordPerfect. The ASCII (plain text) format is readable by all word processors and by simpler editors like Notepad and Wordpad. MS Word does not promise to read WordPerfect formats later than 5.1, but WordPerfect generally renders newer Word files fairly accurately.
Any of these can be filled out and sent as an e-mail attachment to optimistresume@comcast.net or even sent by postal mail.
To download a file, RIGHT-click on it, then choose "save link as" or "save target as" or whatever your browser calls it, then choose a directory to save the file to. Remember what directory you chose. If you left-click on the file link, you may or may not be able to save the file, depending on how your browser is configured, so it's safer to right-click and save the file from the context menu.

Or, you can download all the forms along with several sample resume PDF files in a ZIPped archive (about 630K). Move the file to the directory where you want the files, then extract the files.
If you don't want to download the files, you can simply print out the this HTML page and use the questions to guide you in assembling the information we will need to start on your resume.
